Terms & conditions

  1. Hire of this facility does not include use of the Brightlingsea Regent football pitch.
  2. Evening hall hire is 7pm until midnight. Hire outside these times is by arrangement.
  3. Guests are the responsibility of the hirer. The club is in a residential area — please leave quietly and promptly, and keep off the pitch at all times.
  4. Any damage will be invoiced to the hirer. A damage deposit of £100 may be requested in advance; damages above this are invoiced separately.
  5. Licensed catering is not available at the club, but external caterers can be brought on site.
  6. External caterers or self-catering are allowed by prior arrangement — please advise us in advance.
  7. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due 3 months prior to the event date.
  8. External 3rd-party discos can be arranged by yourselves — please advise us in advance.
  9. Catering waste (external or hirer's) must be cleaned up and taken off-site. You're welcome to take any remaining food away to enjoy.
  10. Party decorations, balloons, banners and arches are welcome — please do not staple or tape anything to walls or surfaces, and remove all fixings at the end of your event. Glitter and coloured confetti are not permitted.
